Extraordinary experience...clearly, above and beyond! If I could give a review of more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I came to Spectrum Insurance Group as I was at wits end. We reached out to other insurance companies (5-7 in total) directly or indirectly and all decided to not even quote us. These other companies asked a few basic questions and based on our “surface level” responses they made their decisions. Bennett at Spectrum took a different approach though. He sunk his teeth into understanding our business and the perceived risks the other companies were concerned about. He asked far more detailed and probing questions than the other companies. Very disappointed with the service handled by Justin and Brad. Multiple rates changed, outrageous quotes when there were mistakes made on there end in the first place. You can easily find cheaper quotes yourself online.
