Been with Allstate ever since I started driving and needed car insurance. Now they cover everything else I have needed since. Annette has a ton of knowledge and is a great resource for any questions you may have. I highly recommend.

I've been using Allstate for a couple of decades now, from my auto insurance and my renter's insurance, and homeowners insurance. I've almost always talked with Annette at this office. I've never had anybody at any insurance company give me better service, more reliable information, or consistent above and beyond customer service than her. First person I called was like a brother who wanted to make sure you were protected from the bullies in school. That was Jimmy Charles. He asked all the right questions to find out what we needed and then gave us what we needed. That's not just good business it's the right thing to do. He saved me bucks bucks and got the proper coverage to protect me for both auto and car insurance. We had just put on a roof after 30 years. How'd Jimmy know that. He cashed me how old the roofcwas and found a discount. He is one great big brother even though I am an old man.
