Eight years ago, at a family outing, Joe Micke approached me and started asking questions about my insurance providers, Joe asked me if I would go thru him as my agents . Unfortunately I said yes. Five years ago my car was hit in a parking lot. When I called American Advantage and spoke with Kim Sims, and I was told they don't file my claims we just take your money and pay your bills. That was the first reason I should have walked away. Kim Sims was correct ! March 6, 2024 my hot water heater burst, I called and spoke with Joe directly. Joe immediately stated "do not file a claim", it's not the time to be filing homeowners claims and I should pay the first $20,000 on my own. Joe Micke then stated I needed a mitigation and recovery company and has used PuroClean the past two claims

No matter what type of change request or question I have, it is always taken care of completely and immediately. I would never even take a thought to leave AA. Joe and Kim are in a completely different league when it comes to customer service, personality and character!! Absolutely the best!!!!
