I followed-up on our claim from almost 2 years ago. Our Homeowners insurance has dropped the ball and neglected to return our deductible. After getting routed to call several parties involved in resolving this i finally spoke with James at Spartan who provided me full details and how this has been resolved and he was able to recover almost 100% of our deductible from 1 of the 2 responsible parties! If only our insurance company is as proactive and prompt with their services like Spartan Recoveries it will be less stress for homeowners and can allocate that time to other things that in need of attention. This is a company used by insurance companies such as Atlantic Casualty Insurance Co. They send out erroneous demand letters to contractors in an attempt to scare them into filing a claim on their own liability insurance to recoup funds paid out to their insureds on covered losses. This is a scam company playing a numbers game attempting to strong-arm small businesses that either don't know any better or do not have the resources to properly defend themselves. If you receive a demand letter from Spartan Recoveries do not simply comply with their demands, fight it and report the insurance company who has employed them as the claim is usually baseless.

My Insurance hired SpartanRecoveries LLC for a claim to recover money from my neighbor that caused damage to my condo that’s below him. No one will call me back… multiple calls.. The girl I was working with I’m assuming is no longer there because other names keep popping up. They have it all messed up on information on the claim.. requesting money from wrong insurance.. Nobody returns my call to me. They are causing me more problems than I started with.. my HOA was supposed to be paying for some stuff and now they are sending wrong information requesting all monies.. so now my HOA won’t respond now and refuse payment.. This has been a total nightmare the whole situation. I do not recommend them.
