I reached out and got an insurance quote as a first time homeowner. The quote was still valid (didn't expire) and I reached out again, via multiple avenues, to bind the quote and the company never got back to me when it was time to close on my house. I would not recommend them for homeowners insurance if they can't follow through on their word
