My husband was in a major car accident in September 2024 with a city of goodyear maintenance truck. My husband was not a fault. We have been waiting all week for a damage property check. We live in arizona and still can't manage to get the check to us in a timely manner. The company is based in Mesa, Arizona. They don't answer the phone or call you back. Please I hope no one has to ever work with Suzanne. She has a terrible attitude and is extremely rude for no reason. She was even rude and difficult with our lawyers. It has been like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished.

Southwest Risk Management has been great to deal with, from start to finish. They were extremely thorough in determining what coverage was needed, didn’t feel like we got a one size fits all generic quote at all. Every person I’ve interacted with at the company has been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Southwest risk!
