Marc Cordero Caballero from Matt Watson's office was our Primary contact. He was very helpful, accomodative to me as an office walk-in, and very timely in his communications. He took the initiative to reach out to me often enough to be useful as I researched my insurance options, but not so often to become an annoyance. I'm so happy I switched insurance company and found a great team with Matt Watson State Farm. All have been so helpful and took the time to go over my policy. I'm super happy they mentioned coverage for broken water lines, sewer lines etc. for a additional $66.00 a year. I had to use it and so thankful.
