Update 10/17/23: Able to speak with agent directly and follow up from agent advised the matter was resolved. Rating has been updated. 10/16/23: Poor customer service, since Saturday, 10/14/23, I have called 4 times on an urgent matter regarding a homeowners policy that is to be cancelled on 10/20/23 for non-payment by the mortgagee. Note, that I received this letter of non-payment on Friday, 10/13/23, with only one week to get this resolved. I left a voice mail message on Saturday on the issue and left 2 messages on Monday, 10/16/23, for the agent to call me back to discuss the issue, and left another voice mail message Monday after 5 pm to discuss the issue as I did not receive any calls back. The insurance agent needs to call the mortgagee and advise of the new policy and to get that
