I would like to thank both Kaela and Amy for helping out my husband and I these last few months. Kaela helped us bundle our home and auto together and explained everything very well to us. We also just recently purchased a new vehicle. Amy was very helpful and knowledgeable on getting the paperwork switch over to our new vehicle. Thank you so much ladies for all you do. God Bless!!!

We are very pleased with the service we received. Our agent Tammy bundled our home and auto insurance and saved us alot of money. We wish that we would have done this sooner. Everyone on Paul's team is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I call in I feel like I'm getting white glove customer service. My husband and I moved our Auto and boat policies to them after having blow average customer service with other State Farm agents. Have been with State Farm in CA for over 50 years. About 12 years ago I purchased a home in Bullhead City, AZ. That is when I began my association with Paul Bull. His ultimate service and staff has been Excellent, Efficient and Extraordinary…all with a capital E! Any time I call, I am given courtesy, consideration and respect. It’s nice to be addressed as Mrs. The bigger the company the smaller the customers will never serve at Mr. Bull’s office.

I love this office and the agents, I've mainly worked with Kaela, she's knowledgeable, kind, professional, she has bent over backwards to help us. When we went to pay the policy everything was laid out accurately and ready to go, I also like that they actually have a office to go to, in the grand scheme of life not to many have offices anymore! To me thats a bonus.. thank you again for all your help and saving us money and the great coverage.
