Donathan Insurance

We have had insurance here for a few years. Easy and friendly to first sign up. 2 years go by and rates keep climbing. Phone calls and emails go unanswered, a few weeks later a phone call, we will check into it. A month later more unanswered calls. We changed insurance companies and called to cancel Donathan. Very rude over the phone and wanted signed reasons why for canceling. Progressive Insurance is involved now and we are still trying to cancel. Stay away from here.

Sonja is wonderful agent. I have used her agency since 2006. She always finds me the best price on home insurance and auto insurance. Several years ago I had to file a claim. When my carport roof blew off. The inurance adjuster came out right away and the work got done and only cost me $50.00 deductible. I highly recommend Donathan Insurance agent Sonja.

Stay away from these people. They wrote 2 policies on the same home. When we realized their mistake and wanted to cancel 1 of the 2 policies, it turned into a situation where they would not because they were "too busy". . our reply was "we will wait"... They said we could not wait in their office. They actually said they would seek the help of the police to remove us. We left. We will seek litigious relief. These are stunted individuals that do not deserve the business they have... We will post the results of the lawsuit...

Stay away from this Agency. They are the worst. Sonia doesn't know what she is doing. They are only in it to get your money then they don't care about the client. If you are looking for homeowners insurance don't waist your time with them.
