Best insurance/agent ever! When I first moved to NY, I didn’t know anyone to ask for referrals, so I just Googled “house insurance” and talked with a few different agencies. I went with Southern Hills because her rates and coverage were good, but mostly because I was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly she answered my emails and questions. The whole time I owned a house in NY, Fiona was more than helpful with questions about my policy. Definitely a good choice if you’re shopping for insurance!

Nicole was so great throughout the whole process. Kind as could be and as helpful as possible. She was very responsive to all of my questions whether it was through Email or over the Phone.
