This insurance agency is very professional and understood our needs since we own a farm. Wendy has always been on top of requests we make and answers our questions. I have recommended this agency to other people and know at least 1 has changed to Mitchell-Joseph.
Sad to say I had a most poor experience. I called seeking a surety bond, they didn't know the first thing about it, even told me they couldn't help because I wasn't already a client. I'm leaving the poor review because even though I was most cordial, and was only asking questions, she slammed the phone down and didn't even say goodbye. That's just poor.
The whole team at Mitchell-Joseph Insurance is top notch! Always eager to help and courteous to deal with.
