I have greatly enjoyed working with Chip Raines and his staff in Honeoye Falls, NY. I appreciate Chip's expertise, courtesy, and professionalism. His staff follows his excellent example, and have been unfailingly attentive and considerate. I recently met the newest member of his team, Trevor Shaw; I was impressed by Trevor's expertise, attention to detail, and perception. It's fun to share a few laughs with them, too! I highly recommend Chip and his company.

He’s kind, funny, and genuinely great to work with. He’s also deeply invested in his clients and the local community (He even gave me a gift certificate for the local owned bookstore across the street). On two separate occasions, he went the extra mile to escalate and resolve issues for me, making sure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. I've been working with Chip and his amazing team for years now. We first started talking after I was in a very bad accident and my current agent with another company was unable or unwilling to help. Chip also made sure I knew the importance of good limits for my auto insurance and the importance of renters and life insurance. I unfortunately had to leave New York, and Chip was unable to keep me as a customer. If I ever move back to NY, you know I'll be giving Sara, Reagan, and Chip a call! I couldn't recommend anyone higher than Team Raines.
