Spoke with Ange Alexander on 11-15-21 requesting a simple Agent Switch of an existing policy. Per her request I forwarded several documents containing info regarding our home. Ange never bothered to reply On 11-23-21 I sent her another email stating I was upset that she never replied. I requested she confirm all our personal document had been properly disposed. Again no reply. At this point we have no idea if they have sold our information or just are engaging in identity theft. Unresponsive, unprofessional and potential criminal.

This company do not go with ...Branda is nice but do give you what she supposed to do with her clients the husband is even worse cursing out his client who is giving them business defending his wife who makes a lot of mistakes...George is nasty and unprofessional and a rip off artist.Nasty people.
