Smart Insurance

I’m used to be a customer for this company for years, and they had a good people with good service. Unfortunately it’s not the case now especially with the lady on the second desk from the entrance. I’ve been there twice the past 30 days and I feel not welcomed there . I will be looking for a different insurance company even if I will pay extra . The lady was very useless and not helpful at all. Before getting trained on what you’re doing on computer learn first how to talk to your customers and understand their need.

Did someone knows if this business still running? From last month been calling and number said not extension, sent emails and same. Alguien sabe que pasa con estas personas?

If you’re a fan of saving money, I’d call Leslie at Smart Insurance. I had a complication with my prior insurance company so I contacted Leslie for a quote and within the hour she had me set up & saving over $90 on my monthly insurance. Timely, responsive, knowledgeable and hands down the best insurance agent west of the Mississippi River. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I was struggling to find very reliable insurance. I kept going around to get different quotes, many were treating me badly because I was young. I came across Smart Insurance and met Ms. Bri Chavarría. She was very nice and very helpful giving me the best option for insurance. I felt very comfortable and I’m happy to say I’ll be with Smart Insurance for quite a while! I’ll make sure to refer all my friends to her!
