I would like to share a great experience that I had with Keenan Smith. My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle and Keenan took the time to explain and break down the new charge as well as letting us know that we would now be eligible for an additional discount! It was so nice to deal with someone who truly cares about the customer and will take the time needed to patiently explain things in a knowledgeable and cheerful manner. I highly recommend working with Keenan from Harlan Parker's State Farm Agency, as he knows how to take good care of the customer and I am confident he has us on the best policies for our Auto and Sport Utility Vehicle Insurance needs.

Harlan Parker has been our agent for 30 years. That should say it all, but I’d like to express my thanks to the whole office staff who are always caring, always available, always with a smile. Keenan Smith was so helpful and pleasant when I called him last minute from my car rental agency in California. They needed information that was not on my insurance card in order for me to rent the car. I would’ve been stranded if Keenan not been there to help me out!! I've had Harlan Parker - State Farm for our insurance needs for over 40 years. Over the years, Harlan and his staff have not only assisted us with personal touch, but many also serve the Olathe community through their volunteer efforts. Harlan has personally supported Olathe schools for many years and was a member and president of the Olathe School Board and Olathe Education Foundation (also was PTO president at Black Bob Elementary where I first met him in 1982!).
