They have been able to get me a lot better coverage for less money. They are there to back you and work with you when you need them the most. I had Simone insurance for several years and they have worst costumer service ever. It runs by family members and they sure not afraid to make you feel like you were the lucky one to have them. Even Verizon has better serves then they do.
