I highly recommend the Scott Sanders Agency, their customer service is top notch! I work with James Cain from the office and he is easy to get in contact with when I need something or changes made.

I've had my Insurance with Scott Sanders ever since I moved to the Upper Peninsula, I enjoy the small home town atmosphere and anytime I've ever had an issue, it was handled quickly and professionally.

Horrible place. Very rude and ignorant staff/agents. They tried to make me pay an extra $500 that I didn't owe. I was able to prove it was a mistake on their part. Makes me wonder how many people they scamed. And if they say they'll call you back don't wait for it. Either they won't call back or it will take a few days.

So far so good, but time will tell see if rates rise..got perfect driving record..good credit, I'll see if they change my rates🤔

I've had good luck so far and head corporate is so friendly and helpful. Cheapest rates that I can find..recommend At least check it out
