I would give zero stars if I could! Please read this could help your family! We go through this agent for every thing we own and put our trust in him. BIG MISTAKE. We experienced a horrific house fire and it’s a miracle that myself , my husband, and our 5 children survived. Our home was so under insured it’s not even funny. I had not heard from our agent at all for 6 months since the fire and finally I reached out after jumping through hoops working with a Farmers adjuster and he was zero help. He was rude and condescending and told me I was wrong. I have quotes from 3 contractors and have spoken with a total of 5+ contractors/builders and they all say the same thing. I had a friend recommend Mike Pietila's office to help with the high cost of MI car insurance with teenage drivers. They saved me $800 a year over Citizens Insurance. Since then I have had several accidents with hitting deer, and everything was handled easily and quickly. BUT what really made me happy was I called this week while I was en routs to buy a snowmobile. Mike gave me his cell number and had me txt him the info so I could make sure everything was covered for the trip home. Going way above and beyond and always friendly!

Do not go through this insurance company. When you actually need your insurance agent and company they are no help and no where to be found. We had a horrific house fire and it was a miracle we all survived. It was a total loss and we have had nothing but problems with our agent, who is incredibly unprofessional and rude, or farmers insurance. We were extremely under insured and they do not care about our family at all nor are they will to help us in the least bit. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS AGENT!

Extremely helpful. You need to have knowledge of your own policies as well. They assist you in choosing the proper coverage.

Mike has been straightforward with me under my families plan. What I appreciate the most is the recommended repair shop is Edwards. Edwards has been on point with my unfortunate yet unavoidable repairs on my foreign.
