Simone Cato: Allstate Insurance

I've had allstate insurance for over 13 years. I started with a neighbor in Canton, Ga. Later my policies were moved to Simone Cato Agency in Marietta. I assume my previous agent retired or left Allstate. Over the years I've had really great service with Allstate. I really felt like they went above and beyond with their service. Unfortunately over the last 6 months it's gotten pretty bad. My daughter has a minor accident that wasn't even her fault and it turned into a major ordeal to work through the allstate procedures to get it fixed. Just today i had another issue trying to cancel a renter's insurance policy that was about to auto renew. This policy was written by my previous Allstate Agent but apparently the new Agency didn't know anything about it. I understand at times there will be
