As with all business the employees are what really make the business ok, great or outright suck. In this case Timothy Glen is a true rockstar! Timothy I took up 2 solid hours of his time answering my questions and clarifying policy. Never once did I get the idea or feeling that he was to busy to help me understand what I was giving up in my other insurance company and what I was getting with State Farm. Thank You Timothy and Andrew Smith for being patient with me you saved me money and made me feel welcomed, time will tell but my initial feeling is that loyalty may still mean something to you!

Switched to Statefarm under agent Andrew smith 4 months back. Had the worst of experiences with them. The premium increased every month, and it was always one reason or the other. Staff is polite but zero knowledge. Spent probably hours on phone before eventually deciding enough is enough. ended up paying way more than i signed up for.

I stopped in the office and was greeted by everyone with a smile! The space was clean, organized and welcoming. Destiny at the front desk was so helpful- she happily answered all of my (many) questions, and for the few she couldn’t, she made sure to find the right information. I really appreciated her effort and professionalism! I would highly recommend this team for all of your insurance needs!

Jared was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. He made the process so smooth and pleasant. Any questions I had he was “Johnny on the spot” with an answer. He helped me with the best rates I could find. I wasn’t planning on changing my renter insurance, but I couldn’t turn down the rate and coverage. I am looking forward to have him as my agent.
