The agent who helped me, Aurora Calloway, of the Bates Agency II, went above and beyond to make sure I had all the coverage I wanted at the best price. I felt like I was getting very special treatment as I was looking at insurance for my car and home and an umbrella policy. Aurora was very patient and she answered all of my questions. Christina is amazing !!! My store flooded with water and i called her . She had servicemaster out there in 45 min to start drying the water up . I own a fur salon and if the furs had gotten damp or molded they would have been ruined . As it happens my insurance didn’t cover the damage but I will refer Christina to all my friends for insurance . She saved my years of investment from ruin and I’m eternally grateful .
