Bob was fantastic. Needed specific documents to close a refinance last minute and he contacted the loan officer personally to get appropriate paperwork in. Loan closed on time saving me possible loss of locked in lower rate. Always a pleasure to do business with Silver Key, Eagle, Idaho.

Used them for years, called to see about cheaper insurance and Todd said yes we haven’t reviewed your policy in a few years!! What? So we review it saved some money., Some time went by and we shopped around found different insurance company and switched. He continues to email us very interested n our new policy saying we are not covered right. He continues to harass us with communication we don’t want. It’s over buddy you had your chance for years.let it go.

Nicole has gone out of her way to accommodate us on our unique auto insurance situation. Insuring a restored classic isn't as easy as I thought, but she's done a great job and has been very nice throughout the process.
