It has been a pleasure working with Frank "Chip" Healy and helping his customers with their auto and RV glass replacements through Summit Auto Glass! He values his customers and works hard to take care of them and offer above and beyond service. It's great to work with such a reputable and caring insurance agent. And since Summit Auto Glass works with all insurance providers for home or auto glass repair or replacement, that says a LOT! You Rock Chip! Thanks!!!!! LOL

BEWARE! Horrible agent and staff. When I requested for my motorcycle policy to be reinstated this Spring, they added extra coverages(w/out my consent) that I never previously had on my policy of 4 years. A few months later, I notice how much they are withdrawing from my bank account. My premium was doubled in price! Upon contacting them and only being able to talk to the secretary, they refused to refund the excess charges. Foremost Insurance (owned by farmers) refused to refund the over charges as well. I did what anyone else would do and cancelled my policy. Foremost then billed me $170 for cancelling my policy 1 month early. In 3 months, Frank Healy and his incompetent staff cost me over $300! The fact I had Farmers Insurance for over 14 years didn't mean anything to them. Again been

This is a nightmare God forbid you have a claim.It took 6 months to PAY ME.I have a lean on my property because of them.Never never ever go to this company. HORRIBLE NEVER !!!!!

Service is excellent. Chip is friendly and always prompt. I'd recommend him to anyone I know.
