This will be right at home with the other one stars. Drew had been a Yes Man from the time I met him, said he could get my insurance lower but actually increased it. Thanks for taking advantage of a brand new business and not upholding your fiduciary responsibility.

I've had Carson as my agent for the last 5 or 6 years and he has been great to work with. I needed something from the main office and they were super helpful.

I was declined my disability insurance, and I had also had a life insurance policy a whole life insurance where I was putting my own money in, and I went to funding the account and gain my funds back that were needed, When I called the company, they refused to refund my funding that I had funded to my own account with them. I’ve lost about $5000 with this company I am not one for leaving negative reviews for no reason rarely do I because for the most part people are trying and are good… But I am so very upset at the situation. Do not use this company.

I was with federate for a year and a half. I have never seen such unethical practices in my entire life. When I cancelled My policy at the beginning of the year, they penalized me the exact amount of what my refund should have been. then when I questioned it the only response I got was "yep that's what we do" and when I talked to the agent Carson Taylor I had to request the break down rather than him being forth coming about all the ridiculous fees they add on. Not only that when i switched to them Carson promised to stay on top of making sure we don't get a huge bill at the end of the year and that was also a lie when they sent me a bill for 15K. On top of all that I made one claim the whole time I was with them, and even that was a headache, it took them several months to issue the claim
