I have had car insurance and home insurance with Shiner insurance for about 12 years now. I was a young driver when i first came here for car insurance. Dave Shiner has been so helpful, kind, and always looked out for my best financial well-being, even if that means he didn't make a dime. He knows his trade well, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Him. He is always willing to answer the call and does it with great passion. I can't speak for anyone else's experiences, but mine and mine have been top-notch every time.

I have been a "client" since 1991. I had an accident last Christmas Eve in Delaware. I had gone more than 20 years without a claim. In April of this year my rates were raised. I use auto-pay through my credit union. I was ill for a very long time and did not open my mail for a while. They outright cancelled my auto policy for "non-payment". I had paid but not enough. I would have thought that someone at the Shiner insurance agency, after 24 years of business with me, could have picked up the phone & given me a call. There have been other incidents--staff has been unpleasant and reports have been filed when no actual payment has been made.

Dave Shiner has been my agent for 30+yrs.just wanted to thank him again for just being the best insurance agent anybody could ask for. I've been a pain in the back side. Great office. They save me so much over the yrs. I brag on my agent. Tell all who will listen. Blessings for all in this agency.
