My husband and myself just wanted to acknowledge the excellence in service from agent Joseph Pultro for years now he has been our agent. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is if I have a question or we have a need with our policies when I call Joseph Pultro, he immediately kindly answers our questions completely. He always gives us options and leads us in the right direction that benefits, our family the best. If I could give zero stars, I would. Derek Fry from the Hanover office is extremely incompetent. Actually, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He refuses to call you back to answer questions and is absolutely unresponsive. He talks a good game when he wants to sell you more insurance, but when it’s time to take action, he’s falls off the face of the earth. I’d never do business with him.

The customer service here is unmatched. Anything I need, any time of day, my representative Moriah is there to answer all my questions. It doesn’t matter how important or frivolous a question, she is always there and supports me through it all. I love how she always makes sure I understand what I’m signing up for, and makes sure I get the best option for the best price. Great company, amazing customer service!

Joe went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Joe improved my coverages and walked me through the whole process step by step while saving me well over a thousand dollars per year on my homeowner, auto, and motorcycle policies respectively. I have had my Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella insurance with the Grove agency for over 20 years. A few years ago, Bonne Jo assisted me in getting condo insurance for a vacation home. She is extremely helpful and quick to answer and take care of all of our insurance questions and insurance needs. About a month ago Bonnie Jo once again came to my rescue as I was having a billing issue on my auto policy. Bonnie Jo contacted Nationwide and the issue was resolved within an hour.
