Updating this review in the year 2025, nearly 6 years after I first wrote it, and I just want to add: we absolutely feel the same now as we did then. This is a great office and always EXTREMELY helpful. Highly recommend Fetrow! Our entire family has been with them for longer than I can remember now, and their office has been awesome to work with whenever we've had a problem. And the folks at 800# for Erie (for weekends and holidays and the such) have been terrific to work with, so we cannot say enough good things about Erie in general. I mean, no one WANTS to be filing an insurance claim because it means something bad has ruined your day/week/year, but the people at Fetrow and Erie are SO nice and helpful and full of information that they take all of the pain out of the process.
