A special thank you to Matthew for your continued follow up concerning my claim. After driving for over 50 years in Los Angeles traffic and not a single accident, I had to file my very first claim here in Oregon and it was all due to a Squirrel accessing my car’s undercarriage and wrecking havoc on my Engine Wiring Harness and Power Distribution Module, among other things. A rental car was immediately provided while my vehicle was being serviced by Oakmont Service Center in Eugene. My claim was handled professionally and expeditiously. Sherry Schaefers and her team consistently outperform our expectations. They check with us periodically and review our policies. Most recently our rate on one vehicle dropped 25.14 percent. More importantly when an unexpected ice storm felled a 200 year old maple on our house, cars, trailer, and blocked the road. Sherry had a rental car delivered and put us in a hotel until the debris could be removed and the power restored! It took nearly three weeks. We protect our assets with insurance from State Farm hoping we will never need it. When the unexpected happened it was worth every penny. It is good to know that Sherry Schaefers and her team have the skill and experience to step up quickly and provide the best performance and value in the industry.
