We have been with State Farm for over 30 years. We’ve had some some good agents in the past--in California, Georgia, and Oregon-but the BEST agent we have ever had is Katie Carl, here in Eugene, Oregon. What makes Katie the best agent we’ve ever had is the office culture she’s created. Everyone in Katie’s office, absolutely everyone (Gracie, Caylie, Forest, and, of course, Katie herself) are wonderful to work with.
