Farmers Insurance - Levi Whittaker

We’ve had Levi as an agent for just over a year now, as someone who was going into having insurance for the first time without my parents he was SO helpful explaining everything. We feel covered and secure and Levi is a great agent! Great communication & always great service! Highly recommend!

Levi is truly the best! I switched to Farmer's after years with Liberty Mutual after meeting with Levi because he was so wonderful, caring, personable and extremely helpful. I now use Levi for my personal home, rental home, restaurant business and autos. True quality customer service is becoming more of a rarity these days, and Levi is one of the insurance agents out there that genuinely does care. It certainly shows. This person handled my insurance for close to a year, at the end of my service he had sent a notice that he needed verification for a 45$ charge due to a lapse on my renters insurance. Okay fine. I messaged him and his assistant Zoe to confirm they can charge the account. My insurance continued and I didn't think about it again until a collections letter came to my home. I am livid and confused. He has sent me to collections over a 45$ bill that he was authorized to take from my account. This is not to mention that 2 months after insuring my car, my rate was raised over 800$ without notice. I understand that insurance goes up and down but I was paying 220ish$ and the next month a charge for over 1000$ hit my account. I would avoid doing business here.

Levi and his office were assigned to me when I bought a place out of state and I asked the escrow team to just get me insurance. My escrow team did right by me. Levi and staff have gone over and above for me while I’ve been refinancing the house and car. They made sure my coverage was appropriate, did some of the online leg work they could have told me was my job, and Levi reviewed my situation and found a better, and cheaper, coverage plan within his offerings! They are quick to respond, friendly and personable but always fully professional. I actually asked him to send me a link so I could sing their praises. What a trustworthy agent and staff!

Levi handled my renter’s insurance and was incredibly prompt every time I needed him. There were two instances where I needed to make a policy change and either he or his staff person Brooke made those changes very quickly. We had an expensive piece of jewelry to add on to the policy as well, and Levi knew exactly what to do to cover the jewelry. Levi is as pro as they come.
