I was just experiencing challenges while working through a claim. I called Al, my insurance representative, and he suggested I meet with him at their office and he could assist me in sorting through the paperwork for my existing claim. After our meeting I felt much more clear about the procedure. Al was patient, positive and very knowledgeable about this process and treated me with a lot of respect.
