I have had an excellent experience with Shelter Insurance and Ryan Aylward's agency. He always answers my questions and gives practical advice with my Insurance needs for me and the rest of my family. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always returns my calls promptly. FRAUD! Do not get your insurance through this gentleman. You can NEVER get a hold of him and he ILLEGALLY changed my policy and changed the mileage I drive to work (nothing has changed about my mileage or employment since July 2017) on 12/05/2018 which made my payment go up by close to $100. Right before Christmas. Called shelter and they saw what had happened and filed a complaint against Ryan to the department of insurance. He also did the same thing to my parents who were with him for years and they had to switch. I will be filing a complaint against him to have his licensed questioned and/or revoked! I’m a licensed home and auto insurance agent as well and this is absolutely illegal and unacceptable.
