I've been with Katie for over 4 years she's always had my back she doesn't always get back to me immediately because she's busy she's got lots of clients but when she does she gets results. She's always gone through my policies to see where we can save money. And we've saved some through the years she's also got a company that is second to none in pricing and customer service. I've had a couple of house climbs and they were quick to resolve it and got me the money I needed to get the properties repaired. No questions asked no squabbling and you just can't get that anywhere else but Shelter.

I contacted Katie Palmer to discuss the possibility of switching my insurance from my Oklahoma agent. Without my permission, she transferred my policy to her agency while I was in the middle of planning a home purchase. She even sent a bill to the property before we had decided to close on it. I am now being sent to collections for a charge I should not owe under any circumstances. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this agency
