Today, in part due to poor follow-up a couple of times with the Johnstown office, I canceled my last policy with American Family locally after about 40 years. I guess the days of having a local AmFam agent that takes care of your insurance needs are gone.

Worst Insurance so far. Their app can't tell the difference between when I am sitting at a table, walking my dogs, or driving. Apparently, I can walk more than 40mph because I got dinged for speeding. When I turned the app off, rates went up 5%. Time to renew rates went up 5%, and I was told I was a bad driver according to the app, so rates went up yet another 5%. No more speed walking for me! Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere.
