Shelter Insurance - JT Finley

Was fantastic for several years I was with them. Then my account was dropped without warning, and when I inquired they said the bank declined their attempt to charge and I had to talk with them. I spoke with the bank and they have zero record of declined charges, or any charges even attempted those days. I even verified there was money in my account at the time of the supposed charge attempts. Now they refuse to answer my calls, and the office sends me to voice mail. Giving up after two weeks, very disappointed, and switching to GEICO :/

JT is extremely helpful and listens to what you need. He works hard to make sure he can find you the best deal. Highly recommend!
