Sonya was WONDERFUL! she made the entire process super easy and was honest about previous coverages and changes to make moving forward. In the middle of receiving a quote, we ended up trading a vehicle, she promptly changed the vehicle information and gave us a new quote in a timely manner. This is the first time in a long while I have used an agent to assist with insurance and I cannot thank Sonya enough for the easy process! She was able to match me with a different company for several hundred dollars less than what I had with my original insurance company (who I had been with for 8 years).
