I’ve been with them since 2019 and have never had an issue. Josh was excellent in providing me a fast quote for our vehicles and got me lower rates than the one I currently have.(shocker! Everyday there’s accidents all over NWA) He was able to get me squared away and was prompt to get back to me on time. Loved Brad Scott insurance, Several family members are still there. Grandson just left to go with cheaper insurance co. When Nathan Cooper worked there he took care of all of us. Now sometimes they don’t get the bill but a cancellation notice. Shirley is helpful. Nobody else is! They were a perfect team with Nathan. We didn’t have to worry! Family has been with Brad Scott over 30 years I believe! Now don’t feel like we matter! Get Nathan BACK!
