Shelter Insurance - Josh Alexander

Was lied to about monthly amount and is the only insurance I've ever had that requires auto pay to pay monthly otherwise they require 3 to 6 month payment at a time.

Had shelter for about a decade. Kept raising my premium for no reason. I've made one insurance claim my entire life and they raised my insurance 50 at first, then another 50 months later for no reason. They say they can't help me. I cancelled my insurance then they tried to charge me $153 because they decided not to cancel it for half a month. Crooked as they come

I have been with Josh for over 5 yrs. He has been very helpful. Whenever I call, Josh usually answers. Or if I happen to leave a message, Josh usually calls back the same day. Last year, 2018, when we had that huge hailstorm, they came out and did an estimate of the damage. I never got the runaround nor did I have an issue receiving a check to pay for the damages. I am very pleased with the service I have received. Thank you!!!
