Shelter Insurance - Joe Howard

I can’t say enough good things about Shelter especially Joe Howard’s office. The staff has been absolutely amazing to deal with and they will go above and beyond to get you taken care of, they definitely did with me. I have multiple properties insured by them and can’t be more happy with this place. If you need anything don’t hesitate to call them. I have dealt with mainly Kat and Heather both are really awesome.

All my family cars have been insured with this company for over seven years. I'm very pleased with the service, prices, and excellent explanations. I recommend them to everyone, and God bless them!

Talking with Kat about insuring with Shelter has been very pleasant, she is quite knowledgeable and informative and you can hear her smile thru the phone... even though we can not go with Shelter at this time I am saving her contact information and looking forward to working with her in the future when we can!

Ever since they lost Jamie, customer service and “knowledge of insurance “ has went down hill. Joey even called and demanded an apology for being frustrated at their lack of customer service, following their best employee leaving. Needless to say I switched agents and things are back to running smooth. Do not waste your time with these idiots.
