I had an excellent experience working with Terri. My initial call was due to an increase in premium due to a recent accident that resulted in a loss of the Accident Free Discount. Terri very diligently explained how the rate increase was being applied. She then reviewed the policy and found that we might have more coverage than we needed in one area. She thoroughly explained how we could lower our premium and still have adequate coverage. I agreed with the change she presented. We ended up with the monthly premium being less than what it had been before the loss of the Accident Free Discount. Terri was great to work with.
