Allstate Insurance: Chris Bonnewitz

I have been with Allstate for almost a year, during my first 6 months there was so much lack of communication from my original agent. Desperate for help I starting shopping around for a different company but the best rate was still with Allstate. I ended up calling customer service and explaining the issue and requested to change agents. Chris is located near my house so I thought that would be best in case I had any issues I could go in and speak with her. Immediately I needed help because I had been given inaccurate information. I’ve only needed a help a few times since switching and she has always been extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend her office specifically.

Literally the BEST agent in the game. Chris has been my agent for the majority of my 20s, into my 30s and has helped guide me through many "adulting" moments. She is so sweet and caring and always goes the extra mile. I had an issue with a claim and once I brought it to her attention, she had it handled in 48 hours. This woman gets it done! I will keep her for as long as I can! If you are looking for an agent, you've found her!

I switched to Allstate about 6 years ago and Chris has been agent. I've been extremely happy with the service that I have received. She is very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have vehicles and my home insured here. Never have I had a single problem and I am so happy that she is my insurance agent. If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing you don't need to look anywhere else.

Insurance is not my favorite thing in the world to spend my money on. The harder I work, the more successful I become, and the more insurance I need to purchase. All State and Chris Bonnewitz make that as easy and affordable and as comfortable as it could ever be. I moved 200 miles away from Chris's office location almost 15 years ago, but I've never called anyone but her everytime I need to purchase another policy or file a claim on one I already have. She makes it feel like I'm her most important client ever time I call her and that is very nice and it means so much to me to be treated that way. As long as I need insurance, I'll look to Chris Bonnewitz and All State.

Chris provided several Allstate insurance options and explained the differences. Her responses to my questions were timely and detailed. The Allstate package was the lowest price of the group of providers I contacted, so I have my insurance with Chris now. The process was all handled via computer with phone back up for more detailed explanations. I highly recommend Chris and Allstate.
