Well there's a reason it's the cheapest insurance in town. Con artists honestly. They will raise your rates without notifying you. And when you call them out on it they will admit to the mistake but not refund your money. Then tell you what your next payment will be only to be wrong again. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more a month for insurance to get quality service.

Though they may have many people they service, I feel like less of a number when talking with them. YES ACTUAL PEOPLE PICK UP THE PHONE! They are great at helping you understand your insurance options. Lastly they help me get the lowest rates available! I recently bought a home and everywhere quoted literally TWICE as much for HOI!!! I'm extremely grateful I can keep more money in my pocket with Shelter Insurance.
