Kentucky Farm Bureau Regional Claims Office

Never have dealt with more unprofessionalism than I have with this insurance (so much so, my whole family and anyone I know is now switching). I recently got into a non-fault accident, it was after hours so I reported it to an after hour hotline, and was told I would be contacted once the office opened, I never was, I had to contact them myself. After a week of getting the run around and not getting a call back to messages left, I finally reached a woman that told my that my car was deemed as a total loss, five days after it was deemed so. Here's the worst part of the event, while telling me that my car was deemed a total loss, the woman I was talking to started to laugh, she could hardly finish her sentence of telling me that my car was totaled without laughing, I was crying at the time.

Excellent service provided. I have had several different insurance companies in my life and KY farm bureau is by far hands down the best insurance company in the state of KY. When I filed a claim it was processed extremely fast and they showed they really cared about our vehicle and us a customers.

Very helpful and professional they make it hassle free to file a claim and will walk you through the entire process! Great Insurance company I highly recommend them for coverage!
