The office was very slow. My appointment was at 9:10am for fingerprints & wasn't called back till 9:25am. Instructions tell us to be there 10 minutes before our appointment & I was.

Every time I call it’s like there terrified to answer a phone call if they touch a phone they will melt your better off going in person because god forbid they answer a phone for something important to a customer if you can’t answer a phone maybe don’t work in a insurance company .

If I could give zero stars I would. I called twice to get information on a mutual customer and was hung up on both times. I have sent emails and left voicemails and no one at this location is ever helpful. Businesses thrive on good customer service so its just very shocking to me.

Never had a bad experience with Triple A until tonight. I got a flat tire on the I65 and was stranded for three hours. They kept promising to send somebody to me during that but failing to keep that promise repeatedly!!!! Fortunately there was a couple that was nice enough to pull over and help me change my tire. I’m very disappointed in Triple A and will probably look for a different road side assistance service
