This was one of the best moves I made with my car insurance! They were very professional and saved me a great deal! I encourage anyone, if you are looking for a great insurance company, this is your stop!!!

I contacted this agency only to request a quote for homeowners insurance. I never authorized, signed, or agreed to purchase a policy. After informing the agent that I found a cheaper quote elsewhere, I was later surprised to receive policy documents for signature, despite never agreeing to bind coverage. I immediately notified the company that I did not recognize the policy and that there was a mistake. I was later told by phone that the issue was “resolved” and that I owed nothing. Despite this, they sent a cancellation notice with a fee, and eventually even forwarded it to a collection agency all for a policy I never purchased. To make matters worse, my mortgage lender was notified of this unauthorized policy, creating unnecessary stress and risk to my escrow account. This experience

If I could give a no star I would. Hayden is unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers. I called and changed insurance companies, end date, the end of my renewal which was on the 20th they called today the 15th and lied and said the 800 number told them I had to cancel today and its was confusing to explain. Called 800 number, they (Hayden,Grant) whomever had made a mistake and instead of saying that they acted as if they knew nothing but what the 800 number told them to tell me! I wouldn't insure my dog here. These are not honest people! Go elsewhere!
