You can tell from every phone conversation and every interaction that they are committed to making a difference for the better. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agent has been consistently disappointing and unprofessional. Phone calls go unanswered. Messages are not returned. Important details slip through the cracks. In an industry where responsiveness and accuracy are critical, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Insurance is not something clients should have to chase their agent about. The breaking point came today when I drove an hour and a half each way for a scheduled appointment—only for her not to show up. No notice. No call. No explanation. My time, apparently, has no value. Property and casualty insurance requires diligence, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, none of those qualities have been demonstrated here. I strongly encourage anyone considering workin
