James Greene & Associates has been very helpful and beneficial to our ministries here at MVBC. Our questions and inquiries have been answered promptly and met with patience and confidence. Preston has been our main POC through the years and always checks in, and is helpful.

Cancelled policy due to poor customer service. Nightmare didn't end there. Still charging my bank a month after cancellation of policy and refuse to reimburse. Impose ridiculous audit requirements and lose documents when submitted. If you want an agency with little to no support, then these would be your guys. Thank you Kelly!
