Shelter Insurance - Aaron Ruiz

I have been working with Aaron Ruiz with Shelter Insurance for over 5 years now and have several policies with him. Just within last month I added 2 more. I have owen properties in multiple states and worked with many different insurance companies. Aaron and his team are THE BEST in this industry! Always available for any questions, just a call or text away. Always great quotes. But they don’t stop here and if you have multiple properties, they find a way to reduce your premium. Got a call from them a week ago saying I would be getting a refund. A small but very delightful surprise. And when you need to claim a damage, they are simply amazing at how they process everything. Today I had a question and sent a text (a most convenient way to contact my insurance company) to Shelter. Not even 5 minutes later, I got a response. My question was quickly answered and the needed information emailed to me. I use AARON RUIZ AGENCY in Bethany, Oklahoma. ANALY PANO was the Affiliate Agent who responded today. Quick and accurate information is typical of my experience with this agency. Recently I was in an auto accident. I can't speak highly enough of the care and service I was afforded in that situation. My claim was quickly processed. Communication was excellent. Not only was I kept informed about the process but I could easily reach whoever I wanted and never failed to get a timely and courteous reply. Honestly, I don't know how an insurance agency could be better!

I have had things taken off and other stuff added to mine and my son's vehicle insurance. I went with another insurance company to find much better coverage and way cheaper. I also just got the mail and if I had stayed with shelter my insurance would have went from 179.78 to 400.93 a month that is out ridiculous. Extremely high. I won't be back with them ever. They charge way to much and vehicle is all that is covered with rental and roadside. Which rental i didn't need but it was put on it. Hopefully people are watching there insurance bill.
