Horrible person. Also ALLSTATE is the WORST ever!! 20 years with them and they do not care! They definitely need to put these agents through customer service training. Mo please see and READ... I said, ALLSTATE was the worst insurance ever. FREEDOM of speech MR. Mo I have heard of you and your response clearly reflects how your customer service is, education, and treatment of others! It shows Allstate will recruit anyone from the agents. Don't ask for a review on your page if you don't want to hear the truth. Learn some kindness and honesty!!! I haven't been a customer for very long but when I've had to call them they are always quick to help me with whatever the reason is I'm calling about. Plus getting a discount occasionally helps cause I've never had that with any insurance company before and I have had progressive, mercury and others over the years and I was a customer of progressive the longest and the only thing I ever got was a rate increase and never any accidents.
